Overview
I’m Bob Floyd, a man of faith, a builder of businesses, and a work in progress. Everything on this site flows from one conviction: put God first and stay consistent, and the rest gets built the right way.
Faith and Transformation
Faith was not always the center of my life. Divorce broke things open, and healing came slowly, through grace, community, and surrender. Baptism marked the turning point. Since then, transformation has touched every part of my life: how I work, how I serve, and how I treat people.
Work and Business
Through Molded By Grace Business Group LLC I build websites, clothing brands, content sites, and digital products, and through First Shot Training I help new shooters start safely. Business, for me, is stewardship with a deadline.
Discipline and Stewardship
Discipline shows up everywhere or nowhere. My weight loss and health journey taught me that consistency beats motivation, and that stewardship covers the body, not just the bank account.
